These people are the best folks to do business with in the world bar none. They do business, the correct way, with a smile and a handshake. Customer satisfaction is not good enough for them. They will not let a customer go away unless that customer is 100% happy. They will call down the road and make sure their product is performing and that you are still happy and if not, they will do whatever it takes to make you happy be the most financially prudent way to conduct business but it’s the correct way and it’s the way they do business. Being a business owner myself, and realizing my customers and my employees are the most important aspect of my business I am very impressed with how these people conduct business in today’s world. It is rare that one can’t find this level of commitment to excellence in today’s business environment. The lengths that they will go to ensure their customers are happy is off the charts. When I inquire about doing some apparel for a global charitable organization, that I founded to combat the trafficking of endangered species parts and pieces and human trafficking of all types and to end slavery once and for all the first thing they asked me was not how many, unit cost, but how much may we donate and to whom shall we make the check out to? That is these people in a nutshell right there in that question they posed to me. “Rick! How may we help?” They have earned my praise and admiration and I don’t give compliments easily. I will be a lifetime customer but as I stated I think we are friends at this point and no! They are not paying me to write this review, they have earned this. Their products are outstanding and they will make you happy whether you just wish to buy a t-shirt and be done with it, they will manage to make you happy whether you are looking for that or not. They are truly an enigma and incredible.
