I'm so very sorry to hear that. I have reviewed your order and see that your order shipped in two separate shipments. The tracking on the second shipment was updated by the USPS on April 24, 2024 as arriving late and I find it very concerning that there have been no new updates since then. I will be opening a USPS mail claim to further investigate this. Please know we have a couple options available to us to have this situation resolved. We would be more than happy to have a replacement order shipped out just in case the investigation completes with news of a lost package, or we can issue a full refund. If the package is not lost, you will receive the order. If a refund is issued and the order is received, we kindly ask that you inform us so we can assist you with a free return.
